Christmas Delivery Information

Christmas is just around the corner and final postage dates are looming. The latest recommended postage date for Royal Mail is Friday 18th December and Hermes is noon Monday 21st December, however, to allow me picking and packing time my last dates for UK Christmas deliveries will be Wednesday 16th December. I will of course, do my best to get orders placed after this out to you by the big day but it can’t be guaranteed.

International orders will have different final posting dates and will vary by country. The majority of Europe is mid December. Please contact me if you would like me to check this before you place your order.

At the moment most orders are being picked, packed and posted within 2-4 days of you placing your order. 

Toys and resources that are marked as ‘Direct Delivery’ are sent by the supplier to you direct and will have their own dispatch timescales. Each supplier has a different cut off for their Christmas orders. If you need an item for the big day please do get in touch before placing your order so i can check this will arrive in time. I will be closed for a much needed family holiday from Sunday 20th December through to the 27th December. My husband has back surgery and comes home to us on the 21st December and both my girls will be home from school so this seems like a good time to take a break. Whilst I will be checking emails every now and then I won’t be packing any more parcels after this date.
